Commerce, MI — The Trott for Congress campaign today announced the endorsement of the Michigan Farm Bureau AgriPac.
“I am proud to announce that the Michigan Farm Bureau, Michigan’s largest farming organization, has endorsed my campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives,” said Trott. “Since I announced my candidacy, I’ve travelled all over our district listening to the concerns of families and farmers throughout Michigan’s 11th Congressional District. It is clear that Michigan farmers and their families are looking for common sense conservative leaders who will find solutions to the problems that plague our agriculture community.”
The Farm Bureau’s AgriPAC follows the basic philosophy that politics are local, and no one knows a local candidate better than the local people. A rich tradition, grounded in local grassroots involvement and recommendations, the Michigan AgriPAC has an excellent success rate on their endorsements.
Recently, the Trott campaign announced the endorsement of Dave Trott in the 11th Congressional District by former Governor and Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Since the launch of the campaign in Septmber 2013, Trott for Congress has officially reported to the Federal Election Commission that it has raised more than $1.6 million from nearly 750 donors.
